Media Center Hours and Briefing
Rooms
Meeting rooms for individual press briefings
will be available by reservation in the Press Center during
the event. You may submit a meeting room request as early as
March 15th, 2012 by contacting Susan Cox.

The Press Center may only be used by
registered exhibitors, representatives, press and analysts.
For each meeting, one attendee must be registered as press
(journalist/analyst) and the other must be a registered
